Wallace Falls State Park

On Sunday afternoon Michelle, Colby and I drove out to Wallace Falls State Park in Gold Bar, WA. We were looking for a fun, new place to go hiking, and Wallace Falls turned out to be a great spot. We hiked the Woody Trail, which is 2.7 miles one way, to the Upper Falls overlook. There were multiple waterfalls and overlooks along the way, and the trails were very well maintained making it an easy hike. Overall we hiked about 5.5 miles, which did a great job tiring out Colby, who slept the whole way home and pretty much through Tuesday morning.
